1. Service
Baibo Note provides local notes, nine category groups with subcategories, reminders, progress tracking, offline voice recognition and optional AI organization and memory questions. Records can be filtered by category, and category order can be changed. Save stores your input without calling AI. AI analysis, to the left of Save, saves several tasks and memories after a successful analysis while preserving the full original text. Cancellation or failure keeps your draft without adding records. AI output can be inaccurate; review and edit each result before acting. Related tasks can form checklists with independent completion boxes. Long-press dragging can combine or separate tasks. Checklist names, membership and individual completion states sync with account records.
You can choose a reminder time while capturing. For one extracted task, your chosen time takes precedence over a time extracted from your words. For several tasks, their individual explicit times are kept, and your chosen time applies to tasks without a time. If the input contains only memories and you choose a time, a “Review note” reminder task is added. Cancelling reminders during capture suppresses automatic reminders for that input. When you have not chosen a time, automatic reminders require an explicit future date and specific time supported by your words; incomplete times are selected by you. Notifications and speech recognition depend on device permissions, the operating system and installed language models. Notifications are not guaranteed to arrive exactly on time.
2. Account and notes
Guest notes remain on the device. After signing in to a shared Baiboki account, Baibo Note records and updates can sync across devices using that account. Keep your account credentials secure. On the account website, you can edit notes or select multiple notes for deletion. Every deletion submission requires your account password again. Deletions propagate to other signed-in devices; offline devices can show old copies until their next sync.
3. AI and personal APIs
You choose and configure personal API providers; they process submitted content under their own terms and may charge you. AI analysis requires permission for that configuration and address first. Hosted AI analysis shows an estimated credit cost for the first approval. Later analyses you request for the same account reuse that approval when their estimate does not exceed the approved estimate; higher estimates require approval again. Save does not call AI. Estimates help you decide before use; actual deductions follow server usage and ledger entries. Personal API use does not deduct Baibo Note credits. Memory questions still require confirmation of the number of records sent and the applicable cost each time. Do not submit personal or confidential information that you are not entitled to process.
4. Pro, credits and purchases
Planned Pro is a one-time US$19.99 purchase with 500 credits valid for 90 days after grant. Planned packs are 1000 credits for US$1.69 and 3000 credits for US$4.49. Availability and final prices follow the applicable app store. Benefits are granted only after server verification of a store order. Balances, expiry and use are recorded in the account ledger; refunds or revoked orders may adjust benefits.
5. Use across apps
Baiboki apps share sign-in but keep separate credit balances. Virtual credits purchased through Google Play may be used only in the app where purchased, including when both apps run on Android. Apple in-app purchases are also tied to the purchasing app. Cross-app gifts and transfers are not supported.
6. Proper use and changes
Do not misuse accounts, API keys or purchase benefits, or use the service for unlawful, infringing or harassing conduct. We may update the app for reliability, security or new features. Material changes to these terms will be announced in the app or on the website.
7. Data and contact
See the Baibo Note privacy notice for data handling. You may delete notes, clear local data or manage your account on the shared account page. Purchase and necessary accounting records may be retained as required by law. Contact support@baiboki.com for help.
Cycles, reviews and weather advice
View recurring events by day or calendar-month interval, and add, move or remove them. Explicit user intervals are honored; a concern may be highlighted without changing your setting. Built-in care and maintenance intervals are prompts to check actual needs, product instructions and relevant professional advice. Reviews default to every seven days with an editable time and interval. Tasks without an explicit reminder time can show a gray suggestion; notifications start only after you confirm or change it. Weather advice depends on verifiable sources for the relevant place and date, and forecasts are not guarantees.
