Type or dictate in Chinese, English, Japanese or Korean. Save keeps your input without AI and adds it to Home immediately. AI analysis creates tasks and memories after success while keeping your words. Filter by ten category groups and their subcategories, and arrange categories your way. Hold a subcategory to move it into another group; its records follow the new grouping. Projects keep an ongoing task list and persistent requirements. Check tasks off individually; close the project explicitly to stop its reminders while retaining history.

Find saved places, scenery, quotes, ideas, client notes and work logs. Related tasks can form a checklist with individual checkboxes. Hold anywhere on a task row to drag. Drag vertically to reorder. Move sideways over another task and hold briefly to combine. Dragging out of a checklist only separates the task. Compact rows show the title and time together, with one line of text below. Rename the checklist as needed. Completing a task keeps its history. Records show the title and due time together, with long titles scrolling automatically. Expand or collapse the note text; the capture time and category align to the right below. Completed reference tasks appear dimmed in Records; swipe left to reopen or delete. A reminder, with one tap
Explicit times can schedule a reminder. Otherwise, a gray suggested time activates only when you confirm or edit it. Recurring follow-ups store their next date when captured or completed.
Cycles you can adjust
Browse 119 recurring rules in 12 categories. Search, enable and edit them, or manage events by days and calendar months. Important notes default to a seven-day review. Describe your routines for AI to extract rules, then edit and confirm before saving.
Times that fit your day
Explore 129 suggested times in settings and adjust them by activity. AI can also organize your description into personal time rules for you to confirm. Suggested task times activate reminders only after you confirm them. Check care and maintenance schedules against actual needs and product guidance.
Use your experience again
Completed travel preparation stays archived. For a similar trip, select an earlier checklist, edit it and add the chosen tasks. Use your current location or search and select a city in Weather to see temperature, conditions and the next few days of forecasts. Relevant tasks can use that city’s forecast for suggestions. You decide what to do.
