1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Baiboki website, a test build or a released app, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the relevant service.
2. Product status and scope
Baiboki is an everyday utility app planned to include translation, quick decisions, screen lighting, temporary notes, lightweight games and other practical tools. Available features may vary by version, platform, region, device and network conditions.
Baiboki is currently preparing for release. Interface previews and feature descriptions on the website communicate product direction and do not promise that every feature is already publicly available.
3. License to use Baiboki
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Baiboki lawfully on your personal device. Unless permitted by law or approved by us in writing, you may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, bypass protective measures or commercially redistribute the product without authorization.
4. Content you provide
You remain responsible for content you enter, save or submit. When you use online translation, AI, cloud services or support email, you authorize us and necessary providers to process that content only as needed to complete the request, protect the service and meet legal obligations.
Do not submit content you have no right to process, and do not provide passwords, identity documents, full payment-card details or highly sensitive information about another person unless genuinely necessary.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Baiboki to:
- engage in unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, infringing or harmful conduct;
- distribute malicious code, attack the service, or bypass security or paid-access controls;
- make excessive automated requests or interfere with stable operation; or
- impersonate another person, abuse support channels or submit fraudulent rights requests.
6. Translation, AI and assisted results
Translation, speech, AI-generated content, random-decision tools and other assisted results may contain errors, omissions, bias or unsuitable outcomes. They are provided for convenience and are not medical, legal, financial, investment, safety or other professional advice, and they should not be the sole basis for a high-risk decision.
For health, personal safety, contracts, visas, legal rights, financial transactions or other important matters, verify the source information and seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.
7. Pro, purchases and subscriptions
If Baiboki offers Pro, one-time purchases, consumable items or subscriptions, the product type, price, duration, renewal terms and included benefits will be displayed before purchase.
- Payments are generally processed by Google Play, the Apple App Store or another official distribution platform.
- Non-consumable purchases will, where reasonably available, include a restore-purchase option and are normally associated with the store account used for purchase.
- If a subscription is offered, it may renew automatically for the period shown by the store unless cancelled through the store before the renewal date.
- Refunds, cancellations, taxes and payment disputes are handled under the store rules and applicable law.
You may not bypass paid verification by modifying the app, fabricating purchase credentials or using another unauthorized method. Access may be removed when a purchase is refunded, revoked, fraudulent or declared invalid by the platform.
8. Third-party services
Some features may depend on app stores, operating systems, networks, translation, AI, speech, cloud infrastructure or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we cannot guarantee that they will always be available or error-free.
9. Updates, changes and availability
We may update, add, limit or discontinue features to improve the experience, security, compliance or technical compatibility. Some updates may require a newer operating system, a permission, a network connection or renewed acceptance of terms.
We aim for a stable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, availability on every device or permanent preservation of every feature.
10. Intellectual property
Except for content you provide and content legally owned by third parties, rights in the Baiboki brand, name, icons, interface, software, copy and other protected materials belong to their lawful owners. You may not misleadingly use the Baiboki brand or create an imitation likely to cause confusion without permission.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baiboki is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable beyond mandatory legal requirements for indirect, incidental or consequential losses caused by network interruption, device failure, third-party services, incorrect input, misunderstanding a tool result or failure to back up local data.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits non-waivable consumer rights, liability for personal injury, or liability arising from intentional misconduct or gross negligence where the law does not allow such a limitation.
12. Suspension and termination
We may limit or stop access to relevant online services if you materially violate these Terms, threaten service security, infringe another person’s rights or if the law requires us to act. Whether on-device functions remain available depends on the particular version and technical conditions.
13. Applicable law and consumer rights
These Terms apply without excluding mandatory consumer-protection rights available where you live. If a dispute arises, please contact support@baiboki.com first so that we can seek a reasonable resolution. Unresolved matters will be handled under the applicable law.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when features, business models, laws or operating practices change. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate way. Continued use of the updated service normally indicates acceptance, unless applicable law requires another form of consent.
