iOS: service, rights and public content

The iOS app provides local swinging gameplay, music, records and compact replays. Download is free, with no advertising, in-app purchases, subscriptions or account. Import only audio you may lawfully use. File selection grants no copyright or public-sharing rights. Local replays and exports may include imported music; verify sharing rights. Public replays exclude the imported original track. The iOS privacy section explains data processing.
Public names, scores and replays can be viewed or downloaded by others. Submit only genuine personal results and content you may share. Illegal, sexual, hateful, harassing, threatening, infringing or privacy-invasive content, impersonation, fabricated results and service abuse are prohibited. For reporting, blocking assistance or removal, email support@baiboki.com with the board and record identifier. Administrators can moderate names and hide or delete associated content; downloaded third-party copies cannot be recalled. iOS has no avatars or world-ghost downloads; corresponding Android features do not apply.
Network, storage or device faults can prevent uploads or replay saving. Records and replays are not complete anti-cheat certification. Device changes or uninstalling can lose local data. Dynamic light, optional sound and vibration may cause discomfort; stop if uncomfortable, reduce volume and use soft light. Do not play while driving or when surroundings require attention. Minors should have guardian guidance. App and brand rights belong to their owners; mandatory consumer rights remain. Contact support@baiboki.com.
Public features require age 18+ and active agreement to the current Terms and Privacy Notice. Local games, music and records do not require public-publication consent. Starting with iOS build 56, world boards offer reporting of records and linked replays, blocking and unblocking. Moderators review reports and take action on violations; reporting does not guarantee immediate removal. You may also contact support@baiboki.com with the board and record IDs.
Service and rules

Provided by Guohao Fang; support@baiboki.com. BaiboStarLift is a local one-finger game: hold to catch a rope and release to fly. Modes include Classic Swing, Gravity Shift, Endless and Stages. Gameplay and music playback are independent: a song ending never ends the game or changes difficulty or regions. Save a selected subset of songs, sequential or shuffled playback, and a built-in, silent or repeat fallback. Classic and Gravity continue until failure or quitting; Endless collisions cost no HP, but falling below the chase line ends the run; Stages end at their finish line or failure. Music and reactive visuals do not replace collision rules or guarantee success.
Audio and content rights

Import only audio you are entitled to use. Selecting a file does not grant copyright or public distribution rights. The app locally copies, plays and analyses selected files; it does not supply music downloads, bypass encryption or share songs. File and duration limits are described in Privacy.
Cost and platforms

The supplied Android app has no ads, in-app purchases or subscription and does not require an account. The website does not promise an unavailable store listing, iOS download or cross-device cloud sync. Network, browser or device-service charges are determined by their providers.
Records, reliability and updates

Private records and music stay on-device. Only the value and nickname you confirm enter numeric player boards, with at most 30 entries per board. Modes, metrics, race courses and revisions are compared separately. Local bests are not presented as world bests. Names are unauthenticated and not all cheating can be excluded. Do not falsify results, impersonate others, expose private information in names or abuse submissions; violating entries may be removed. Device changes, uninstalling, data clearing and storage faults can lose local data. Decoding and performance vary by song and device.
Exported MP4 includes game visuals, background music and effects except muted sections; legacy videos may be silent. You must have the necessary rights to import and share music; file selection grants no copyright or public-distribution licence. Exporting does not upload to our server, distribute songs as a music service or certify a world record.
Publish only your own results and content you have rights to share. Top-10 results require a matching replay within three days. Replay upload automatically links the result and accepts only successful races; nonqualifying replays are not public. Public names, avatars, results and game position samples may be saved by others. Do not tamper, impersonate or infringe rights. Administrators may close report alerts, but history remains. Format checks are not full anti-cheat certification.
Visual, audio and play safety

The game contains neon light, particles, pulses and optional vibration. If sensitive to motion or light, use soft light, lower volume, disable vibration and take breaks. Stop immediately if uncomfortable. Do not play while driving, walking or needing awareness of your surroundings. Minors should use it with guardian guidance.
Licence, lawful use and contact

App and brand assets belong to their respective rightsholders. Personal normal use is permitted; do not infringe others' rights, maliciously modify or damage the service. These terms do not exclude consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes carry a date and version on the website. Public content and community rules

Public features are for adults aged 18+ only. Upload forms check the current official document version in the background. A notice beside Publish states that tapping it accepts these Terms and the Privacy Notice; there is no separate consent checkbox or confirmation dialog. Both first and later uploads start only from your explicit button tap, and the accepted document version is saved. Documents are accessible in Settings and through the notice. Uploading is unavailable offline or when the version cannot be verified; local games remain available. Birth dates are not stored or uploaded; do not misrepresent your age.
Names, avatars, results and public replays are user-generated content that anyone can see or download. Publish only content you have rights to and genuine game results. Prohibited content includes unlawful material, pornography or sexual content involving minors, hatred or discrimination, harassment or bullying, threats, graphic violence, privacy violations, impersonation, spam, infringement and cheating through exploits or altered data. Do not publish real contact details, addresses or someone else’s photo. Imported original songs are excluded from public replays.
Report a user or content from any leaderboard row. Once accepted, a record does not generate duplicate notifications; administrators handle reports and preserve their history. You can always block users and manage the local block list to hide their content. Administrators can edit violating names, remove avatars, hide or delete records and linked replays, and restrict resubmission of moderated results. Reporting, blocking or deletion cannot remove copies already downloaded by others. Names and anonymous publisher IDs are not verified identities or complete anti-cheat.
No public-content item is guaranteed in advance to be age-appropriate or lawful. The provider continues to receive and handle reports. For urgent content, rights or privacy concerns, contact support@baiboki.com or privacy@baiboki.com with the board and record ID. Do not include unnecessary personal information in public profiles or emails.
