1. Product and contact
SignPop is an independent banner app in the Baiboki family, developed by FANG GUOHAO. Contact privacy@baiboki.com about privacy. This policy describes SignPop; the Baiboki app has its own policy.
2. Text, boards and settings
Your text, saved boards, color preferences, board order and language settings support editing, previews and playback and are stored in app storage on your device. The current version does not send this content to our servers and has no account or cross-device cloud sync.
Photos and clipboard
Only photos you choose are read and copied into local app storage for your canvas. This version does not upload photos. Clipboard text is read only when you tap Paste. Deleting an element may leave copies referenced by saved boards or restore records. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes app storage.
3. Device features and third-party services
Playback uses keep-awake and orientation controls; some interactions use haptic feedback. Core banner features do not need camera, contacts or location access. The app uses no advertising or behavioral analytics service. When you use store purchase features, the original purchase store processes payment and related purchase and device information under its policies. System or manufacturer backup, migration and diagnostics are controlled by those services and device settings.
4. Google Play purchase verification
android
When you buy or restore Premium, the app sends the package name, product ID, Google Play purchase token and a one-time random verification value to api.baiboki.com. The server uses them only to check purchase status with Google Play, acknowledge eligible purchases and return a signed entitlement. We do not receive or store card numbers or other payment details.
The signed entitlement is stored on the device for up to six hours of offline access and is rechecked when the app returns to the foreground and periodically while in use. Refunds, revocations, expiry, account hold and pause are determined by Google Play. There is currently no sign-in account and purchase records are not used for cross-device cloud sync.
5. Email and external links
When you contact support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to handle your request, investigate issues and follow up. Messages pass through the relevant email services. Website visits pass through hosting services; this policy does not promise that website or email services produce no access records.
6. Retention and deletion
Local boards remain until you delete them, clear app data or uninstall. Manage backup copies through your device or backup provider. Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle and follow up on requests. Contact the privacy email to ask about or request deletion of support information we hold; we will explain any legally required retention.
7. Policy updates
If advertising, accounts, cloud services or other new data handling are added later, this policy and relevant in-app disclosures will be updated before they are enabled.
Imported audio is copied into local app storage for preview and board playback. It is not uploaded; importing a file does not use the microphone. Removing audio from a board removes its association; local files may remain for undo and other boards. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes these local files.
Music rhythm and audio permissions
android
Music rhythm is optional. Imported Music analyzes local audio that you imported and are playing, without microphone or screen-sharing permission. Microphone accesses nearby sound after you grant permission. The app does not capture audio from other apps and does not request screen recording or casting permission.
Audio is analyzed only while you have enabled music rhythm and SignPop is previewing or playing in the foreground. Volume and frequency data are processed in device memory only. No recording files are saved and no audio is uploaded. Microphone capture stops when rhythm is turned off or the app enters the background. You can revoke microphone permission in device settings; declining it does not affect imported music, ordinary banner editing or playback.
